Letting Go...

This photo was taken a week ago on our last day with Barron. For a number of reasons God has asked us to let go of something that we treasured. It was extremely hard for our family. But He came along side of us and provided  a very good home for Barron. He has a new family that treasures him like we did. We are so thankful for that, but it is still bittersweet. Funny thing is...I never thought of myself as a horse owner, but I really loved it. It sort of changed me. Horses are just an amazing part of God's creation. The fact that He could design such an animal points to His majesty and supremacy. No wonder His Son will return to this earth riding a horse....

He's certainly a beautiful horse,
I'm sorry you had to let him go Lisa.

Praise God for finding a good home for him and for blessing your families with His amazing creation.

I too am sorry you had to let Barron go and only God knows what He has in store for you guys in this area of desire. Perhaps a trip to Amish Country in the Fall would help??? :)

I am so sorry. He is beautiful. God's ways can be hard to understand this side of heaven. All we can do is trust His heart.

Hi
My name is Jenna and I came across your site. What a beautiful horse, and I am sorry to hear that you had to let him go. I am glad though that he is with another good family, that will take care of him just as much as you did. It's always hard to pass on a pet. I was born with a rare life threatening disease. www.miraclechamp.webs.com

I know that must have been so hard! I love horses, too, and know these majestic animals can quickly become part of the family. So glad he found a good home. Beautiful photos capturing this beloved friend.

Much Love,
Kathie
