Mesmerized

Kate and Olivia were invited to a birthday party this weekend...for princesses only! I had too much fun photographing this social event of the season: ) I caught two princesses adoring their royal jewelry. Couldn't help but think, when I first saw this photo, that 20 years from now, the exact same scene may be playing out as two close friends examine the diamond ring proudly worn by one or the other. Huge huge sigh : )

The cutie Katies! It's so neat that God brought each K a friend from their home country through the miracle of adoption!

Oh, what a precious photo! I miss those princess years with my girls. (We are waist deep with Star Wars.) Yes, a big sigh that some day they will be looking at engagement rings. But for now, cherish each minute that they are little. (I know you do!)

And thanks for the honor of being on your blog list! (Oh my, I better start cranking out some good posts to earn my place of privilege.)

I hope all is well with you and your sweet family.

Much Love,
Kathie

Looks like "playing" princess was as much fun to do as to watch & photograph! (and why wouldn't it be tons of fun: dress-up, presents & a great time together but, unlike weddings, no planning & stressing for months on end for; and, the jewels are candy! ;-).

Praying for Kate & family & glad for those precious princess moments!!
