My Kate Turns 4!

Unbelievably my littlest girl  turned 4 last week. We just happened to all be sick with what we thought was the flu, but what turned out to be just a rogue virus, so there wasn't much of a celebration on her actual birthday. (Yeah, now we can still catch the flu!) So, this week, we celebrated with Kate's friends at ballet. It was just right. Eight sweet kids, a wonderful hostess (thanks Jody) and Duncan Doughnuts with sprinkles...just right!!! Kate ...this is your mother telling you to stop growing now!!! I don't want you to get any bigger!!! Not one bit bigger!!! Happy Birthday sweet baby: )

Happy Birthday Kate, my future daughter in law! I'm so sorry to hear you have all been sick. I think we have that same stupid virus. It's so flu-like that it seems like flu, but we've all had the shot.

So happy to be able to be part of Kate's life. Our girls will share a sweet friendship. God has an incredible plan that day on the soccer field about 7 years ago! Thanks for all the support you have been to me. What would we do without our girls-big and little!

oh, and I see how it is: over 7 weeks w/o a post, just a duly noted by Moi header photo change & then I'm off the web grid for a mere 10 days & 3 rapid fire posts with a zillion new photos hit blog land. Well, glad you're recovered from the non-flu horrid virus enough to write & upload anyway!!
