Memorable Quote...
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, "Wow, what a ride!!!" ....Unknown
Hello,
I am the Christian mom of 4 girls and the stepmom of 2 more that are grown. I have been married for almost 18 years to my best friend and my prince. I homeschool our 4 daughters which takes a good part of my day. My two older daughters are biological and the younger two are adopted from China and Guatemala. Adoption has opened my eyes to another layer of life, one that is near and dear to the heart of God. Afterall, He adopted me into His family and i am ever so thankful.
Kate's first Easter. She loved the basket and eggs and frilly dresses. Wait until she is old enough to understand the real gift given to her at Easter! He is risen....He is risen indeed! Happy Easter Kate!
As Annie's advocate, I want to know where she is in the group Easter picture? I also want to know who the blue-robed person is in the Easter basket picture? All of these questions but no answers.
And I want to know why there can't be one picture of at least some girls in the frilly dresses. OK, I've worn slacks and an "Easter colored" dressy top the past 2 years, but as long as the girls are getting dressed up in frilly frocks, we don't get to see one photo where the frocks are featured? Well, they do look adorable in their nightgowns (Kate can really pull off that 'hair everywhere' look--hope she thinks so when she's Hunter's age!! ;-)
